Thanks to all who entered! I’ve just drawn the winners of our packs and they are: Clair,
Belinda Mallinson, Judi Adams, Karlene and Sharyn! Congrats, you’ll be contacted shortly.
Holidays may be designed to leave you feeling refreshed… but my year began by diving straight back into the lukewarm stressy soup I’d been stewing in for most of 2012. I’m in good company; the MORE Report, commissioned by Blackmores, reveals just how much we’re stressed and pushed for time. Findings show that 64 percent of us are freaking out about the to-do list, while 91 percent feel living such high stress lives can be a passion-killer. A whopping 66 percent of us would prefer sleep over sex, but 48 percent of us feel guilty if we opt for the Zzzzz’s instead.
However, I’m frankly more concerned about how people out there are cutting corners so they CAN still have a sex life. Some survey participants reportedly admitted they’ve GIVEN WORK ADVICE while having sex (which probably involves a phone and that’s just, well, ick). Others admitted to watching football during nooky, to save time. Seriously? If Mr Chick dared to watch an Arsenal game while we were doing it, I would bop him one.
Luckily for all you stress-heads, there’s help at hand. The lovely peeps at Blackmores have sent me some On-The-Go vitamin range (how did they KNOW?) and a whopping big post-pack for me to give away. They’re specifically designed for busy women on the move, but no discrimination here: if you want a pack, enter the competition below to go into the draw.

I would have to say when my loved ones are in trouble,
they ring me,even if it is an argument with their partners(my daughter especially)
I stress all day and night and then have trouble sleeping too.
Even worse is when i try to check on my daughter by ringing her later
and no answer i stress even more with every unanswered call.
But no matter how stressful they can be,they are my life.
stress is trying to find them 25 words which they decide who wins a competition what are the magic 25 words
Having a broken leg and not being able to enjoy my weekends anymore like I used to really hurts and stresses me heaps. and puts a strain on my relationship
Unfortunately, I worry way too much about little things that really shouldn’t be given a second thought. I need to start off my day with a positive frame of mind.
Utilities Bills – I too am a pensioner and the constant worry over power and water bills stresses me constantly
I’m a social worker in a busy hospital in Melbourne and it is a very stressful job. However, I feel the stress I put on myself is much more stressful and tiring.
Myself!! I put these great expectations on myself which sometimes are just unrealistic….my own worst enemy

It’s hard enough to get by financially week to week, but when unexpected bills, or bills that are higher than expected arrive, they completely stress me out!!
I get stressed out by my double degree at uni and my part time TAFE, so many assignments, so much study, not enough time in the day.
The rising cost of living, and lack of recognition our telcos and power companies are giving, stresses me out that there is profit and greed, when people are struggling to meet daily need.
The race against the clock it’s the stress I cannot mock. As a single mother of three being a double parent is crazy for me.
I’m a constant stresser, and have been told if I have nothing to stress about I’ll make something up…oh no, I think they’re right!
Liker on FB under Beck Baker
The defences posting scheme is stressing me out!
Moving with a baby interstate is BS and not to mention we are home owners

Hi Lesley,
Have you tried laser hair removal? Just a few sessions under the laser and the hair is permanently gone.
All the little things that I shouldn’t be wasting my energy or thoughts on.
Juggling bills, kids, pets, gardening & domestic duties keeps my stress levels fairly high plus I’m a “natural born worrier” which doesn’t help what’s left of my sanity!
I get so stressed out when i see someone in my family
and no matter
or a friend whom are in constant pain
what i do,i can not ease their pain.
Or my daughter whom lives a long way away from me and
she rings me at 3 or 4am in the morning crying or screaming
with arguing with the boyfriend,as she is a new diagnosed epilepsy
person (age 21) and 8 months pregnant with her first baby girl (she
had 2 stillborn baby’s 5 and 7 months before) and i am scared something
is going to happen to her.. then i am stressed out so much i can not sleep.
I stress about everything.I’m known as a stress head.I stress about myself,my children,my family and the whole bloody world.I stress about the cost of living,if I’m on time,my lack of energy, ageing and when the world will end.I don’t stress about men because I don’t have one.Is that because I’m too stressed?Who knows.hehe
Uncertainty stresses me out the most.

Rushing to get to work on time, rushing to put the washing out before I go, rushing out the door on time for school pick up, rushing home to get dinner under way, rushing to swimming lessons….very stressful.
Work, the pressure has been known to make me break out in a lip killing cold sore erghhhh (I then have to wear sunglasses the cover my eyes and my mouth, sunglasses for elephants) I need a career change!
juggling the budget, juggling my time and juggling the expectations of others, all while trying to maintain a little sanity
I have 4 children & 2 of them have health problems . Stressing me out trying to be mum & nurse as well as a wife , daughter ,&friend . I need to clone myself !
