We’re celebrating the vibrator this week at RC HQ, in honour of the launch of Hysteria the movie and our first event, Secret Women’s Business. So, it’s kinda apt that we’re taking Swedish brand Lelo for another whirl with their classy, cute couples’ vibe the Tiani 2. Let’s start with the packaging – a sleek black box of goodies which is more Audrey Hepburn than Pamela Anderson in styling. Batteries are most definitely included here and also a handy sachet of ‘personal moisturiser’. Lovely. It’s the little touches that set these guys apart in the sex toy business. You’ll need a good hour or so to tinker with the settings and work out which part goes where. The vibrator also needs to be charged up and the remote control can take some getting used to. It responds to shaking and movement, as well as having traditional buttons to push. Once everything is ready to roll it’s time to grab your partner by the hand and start your dosey-doe, so to speak. A word of warning, this isn’t a device to that should be pulled out following the words, ‘Surprise honey!’ Show your guy what it’s all about and include a diagram, if you must. The slim, non-vibrating part goes inside you, so he’ll have to share his territory a little. There are two versions though (one is flatter and longer) so one fitting should work for him. Once everything is in its right place, most adventurous couples should have a blast with this device. It hits all the good spots, and the hands-free element is great for mixing it up and letting your partner take control. The soft silicone is really comfortable and the settings are just the ticket to lots of oohs and ahhs. If you’re a solo lover (or a kinky twosome) then you could wear the Tiani as a hands-free vibrator at home or even when you’re out and about. That’s entirely up to you, kids.
